My advice is do not use this business! Unprofessional unorganised and unhelpful is all I can say about them. Here's my experience: I ordered heating oil over the phone and was assured I would get contacted by the delivery company (apparently they don't deliver themselves?) which did not happen. When I called again to enquire about the status of my order, they first told me they didn't have an order. After some searching they found "a comment regarding my call" but were unable to tell me what the status was. I was then advised that the person who had taken my original call, Frau Rech would call me back urgently which she didn't. When I called again I was again told that only Frau Rech could give me information and that she would call me back. I asked to speak to the manager and was informed that Frau Rech WAS the manager. When I told them that according to their website the manager was a different person I was advised that this had changed and the old manager was leaving per end of the month. As it was well before end of the month I asked if I could still speak to the current manager and was told that she was not in.
